Background
Ben is the firm's Managing Partner. His practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution — civil and criminal cases, commercial disputes, and administrative and regulatory litigation — and he also works on the firm's real estate, construction, corporate, and data privacy matters.
Before joining the firm, Ben was Legal Counsel at Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc., where he handled administrative proceedings, adjudication, litigation, mediation, arbitration, appeals, and other adversarial proceedings.
He began his career as an associate at Poblador Bautista & Reyes Law Offices, handling criminal, civil, and administrative litigation as well as matters involving data privacy, franchising agreements, financial rehabilitation, tax relief, maritime accidents, and labor relations.
Education and Other Achievements
- Passed the Philippine Bar Examinations in 2018
- Obtained his Juris Doctor degree (Second Honors, ranked 4th) from Ateneo Law School in 2018
- Obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy (Honorable Mention) from Ateneo de Manila University in 2014
