Background
Gail's practice focuses on election law and legislative advocacy. She has served as election counsel to candidates and party-list groups, and previously worked as a legal consultant for the Presidential Commission on Good Government.
Outside practice, she is an advocate of the ICanServe Foundation, which supports women with breast cancer and promotes prevention and early detection.

- Obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo Law School in 2002
- Obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University in 1998
- Licensed to teach Zumba® and co-founded Zynchronized Concepts, Inc., an organization that sponsors Zumba fitness events aimed at supporting charitable causes
